How are you? 

Wow!  Last night, I attended the first-ever Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management (DCCM) dinner & dance at Megu.   The dinner and dance was a platform to bring the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students as well as their lecturers and instructors together to celebrate the end of exams and the graduation of the very first batch of students. It was organized by Caleb and his committee.

I was very impressed with the preparations that went into the event and the wonderful support that Kriston has provided to make the event as wonderful, successful and as memorable as it was.  Many of our lecturers and chefs came to support the event and we were all very impressed with the variety and quality of the food and beverage during the event.  The service of the staff on duty was also very gracious and efficient (thank you, Joseph).

The venue itself is very special and I would like to thank you very much for the extra touches and enhancements I am sure you must have made to help make the dinner so impressive.  We all had a great time and we are very fortunate to have such a great partner in Kriston and we really appreciate your support!

By the way, I especially enjoyed the miniature laska with laksa-leaf pesto!
