I would like to express my very sincere thanks to you and team for helping
to
ensure the smooth delivery of my conference, and for catering to every
slight
whim & fancy that I had for my Conference. It was my very first time
organizing
such an event, and the professional service that I received from your team
helped very much to make the experience more pleasurable.

I am personally very thankful to James, the Ops manager, for his
professional
attitude & assistance during the conference. He helped me numerous times and
was always on hand if I had a query or needed some help, even if to move
things. The banquet staff was also VERY professional and conscientious to my
guests' needs, and they are full of praise for your staff.

Thank you very much, Ronnie, James, Eric, Katrina & your respective Teams at
BOTH the Conference Hall & the VIP Lounge for your great support. It was
indeed
an exceptional experience and I look forward to holding many more such
events
at your venues in the near future. =)
